3. Forums
Hymoo reserves all right to change forum names, merge/move threads anytime we think necessary. You may add forum or sub-forum in Hymoo but we deserve full rights to edit anything we want. We would never edit something that doesn't require to be edited. Usually we will only edit your forum if your forum appear to be offensive or cover the same topic with another forum.

4. Fees
You understand that Hymoo reserves all rights to change the membership fees (gold, silver and bronze fees) anytime we think it's necessary. Of course you can cancel your subscription anytime you want. We will never charge any fee for free membership.

5. Password and User Account
When you choose to join Hymoo, you'll be asked for a password. You agree to keep that password confidentially and to not share it with anyone. Hymoo is not responsible for any password loss. However, you can always click the link forgot password� if you forget your own password. We will send you a new one to your email address.

6. General Rules
We also must remind you that by using this site, it means you agree to follow our general forum rules or you may face the consequences yourself as stated on that page. Hymoo has full right to delete any part of your post/file/picture/video if we think you violate someone else's copyright. You will deal with the law yourself and Hymoo cannot be held responsible with what you have done on the site. Hymoo also does not claim any ownership rights in any materials that you post on our website unless both of us make an individual agreement for it. Hymoo is not responsible in any ways for the content provided by its users and cannot be held responsible for it. Hymoo will always try its best to respect the right owners and also to filter contents which violate our rules but we can't always put everything into their own respective places.
