1. Adding Forums

- Do not use adult/hatred related keywords
- Do not add the same or duplicate forum here. Do not try to twist the keywords. One topic one forum
- Self promoting forums are not allowed
- By creating a new forum, you agree to become the manager of that new forum automatically
- The admins and managers with higher level in your hierarchy all have rights to edit your forum description and forum keywords if we think they are not as relevant as they should

2. Posting and Creating Threads

- Do not upload forbidden content such as adult videos/pics/texts or illegal scripts
- Do not use offensive language or attack another member personally. Just be mature
- Do not copy paste articles from other sources. You have to use [quote] and end the article with [/quote] so people know it's from another website. You should put the link to the source page as well
- Do not bump thread intentionally
- Use English. The site connects everybody from all around the world so use English

3. Accounts

- You are not allowed to create a new account. One account = one person
- You are not allowed to use two accounts for abusing purposes such as giving rep one to another

4. Spamming & Selling Products/Services

- Do not create a thread/forum just because you want to market your product/service unless if you are in a marketplace forum
- Do not advertise your product in irrelevant forums
- Creating a thread/forum just to promote your website is also not allowed
- Making text link for SEO purposes are not allowed

5. Managers

- Remember your responsibility as a manager. Keep in mind that forum managers, junior managers, senior managers, and executive managers all have different responsibilities.
- Stay active in your created forums. Do not leave them or we will automatically replace your position after 14 days
- Do not lock a thread or delete a post if it's not needed. You shouldn't allow your personal relationship with other members ruin your reputation
- Any action intended to attack or abuse anyone will not be tolerated.

6. Avatar and User Profile Pic

- Do not upload a picture that expresses your hate to specific country/religion/race
- You are also not allowed to upload a nude or disturbing picture

Report Violators To Us

We are trying our best to find members who violate our rules. Therefore, you may report to us immediately if you find any of them. You can also use the report button inside posts when you see something inappropriate. Reporting violation to managers instead of admins usually takes less time so please do so if you find any violation in Hymoo.

Infraction Points and Ban

- Bump thread intentionally = 1 infraction point
- Spam or create thread in irrelevant forum = 1 infraction point
- Self promotion for your website = 1 infraction point
- Copy paste article from another website without quotation tag = 1 infraction point
- Offensive language or attack other members personally = 2 infraction points
- Add forum with keywords that express hate or adult-related = immediate 1 week ban
- Upload adult picture/video/article = immediate 1 week ban

NOTES:
*5 infraction points = 1 week ban
**After you are free from your first ban and you get another 5 infraction points or another ban, you'll be banned for three months to a year. We value our community and we weed out bad members to increase quality on Hymoo!
