Default Manage time between work and fitness

I have a friend who can work more than 10 hours per day at the peak times. She works at least 5 hours at off-peak days, but this happens rarely. What is amazing is that she still can manage a 2-hour fitness session everyday. Wow!

If it's me, i can't have my fitness schedule fixed since there is too many activity. My free time is just on night. In order to replace it, i just sit up and push up before i'm going to sleep.

Anyway, your friend is great on time management
