You're right about what you said about prisoners, but you have to keep in mind the environment their in and the fact that they have given away their freedom the moment they have committed their crime, so there is very little thing to do once you're in prison. Also, they have specific time on when they can eat, unlike some us who can just eat whenever we wish. |

you have hit the nail on the head ............ 3 square meals a day , no rent , gym , and only the possiblity of rape to worry about !!!!!!!

First off prisoners can eat whenever they please. They are given food 3 times a day. They can trade food. They can have food in the cells. They are not forced to eat food at once.
Diet is everything. Eating is the most anabolic thing you can do. Controlling insulin and your metabolism is critical to your getting in shape. Prisoners also work out every day. Even with the poor quality food they are given. They have nothing else to do. Controlling your diet should be your number one focus, exercising your number 2 focus. Manipulate your diet to work for you. |

If you refering those in US I will agree, but look around in some other parts of the world, not all prisoners are "Pampered" like those in US ... |

I personally don't like the word "diet". If you are working out and want to see a diifference, you need to change your eating habits. It's important to your excercise plan and your health. You need to make it a permanent change and make it realistic. Eat more foods with high water content like fruits and veggies and make sure you are getting your nutritional needs to fuel your work out plan.
