So I have a pretty fast PC and I was just messing around and found this really cool trick, So If you get a movie clip, or a GIF or anything long enough you can have It playing In your background on your PC.

I did this with an accually Dvd so I know It works!.

Here Is a quick step by step Instructions:

Download VLC Media Player ( Free, just yahoo / google - VLC Player )

Get the latest DivX and DirectX Codecs and drivers.

Open DvD, Movie, Animated file, Ect In VLC Media Player.

Click Play

Right click In video, go to Video tab, Click DirectX Wallpaper.


It does not slow my PC down at all, the only thing It does Is give a very small black colored border around the files on my desktop.

This way I can watch a dvd, while writing In wordpad or messing around with adobe after effects.

You CAN Minimize VLC player and still see and hear It.
You CAN NOT click the big red X or It will turn It off haha.


So here latley I have been wanting to fix up my pc with some really cool stuff, I recently downloaded a theme for my pc(Ghost rider) and It changed my background, cursor, screensaver, and all default sounds (like when booting PC up It has a voice clip from ghost rider)

Does anyone have any cool Ideas I can try out? Will rep you If so.
