Go with the last one just because it seems more intricate and complex
I would say whatever feels good to you and one that isn't too strenuous to your body.
Cardiac workout are great because it makes and keeps it strong and also helps in widening your vessels which can grow stenotic (resulting from cholesterol build-up) thus obstructing the flow of blood to your organs.
